Relaxing, interesting family holiday

- great food. There was a variety for both myself and the kids. We eat no pork and I love veg and salads and I was happy. They had a range of desserts but not to my liking. I had fruit and yogurt most nights but other guests seemed to enjoy the desserts. Lots of fresh tasting fish, paella, churros , Tenerife potatoes… I felt I had a chance to taste and eat Spanish food while having the safety of chips ( perfectly fried), pasta, pancakes, and other familiar food for the kids. - Lots of free parking - not a high rise hotel block and we were on the ground floor. Also a quiet area - good animation. We went to the entertainment every night. They also had lots in the day but we didn’t go to these often as we went out of the hotel most days. - enough English speaking staff

There was only 1 pool which was cold. But we did go on April 1st and the sea was also cold. That’s just the weather.

We would stay again, however…

The food was actually decent for an all-inclusive, however it is repetitive. The alcohol selection is good as well. The pool is a nice size however it is cold. There was always a sun lounger free. Lovely bar staff and entertainment staff were always making us giggle.

The building, doors to the rooms and the rooms themselves are extremely dated (however they ARE clean). We had a leak which took them 2 days to fix. The property is in a residential area and there is not a lot to do or places to go. The staff at check in were really rude.

Amazing food and overall had a great holiday!

The food was amazing and not repetitive. There was a lot included in the all inclusive, I liked that there was night entertainment as well and there were a lot of birds and cats nearby which were cute

The beds were a little bit hard and my boyfriend couldn’t sleep, the balcony had a weird smell but I barley spent time there.

Great food and amenities, but poor communication, unexpected charges, and sustainability issues.

When we choose an all-inclusive hotel, we always worry about the quality and variety of the food. Thankfully, this hotel exceeded our expectations! There was always plenty of food available, with constant replenishment, and each day offered different options, so we never got bored. I have to say, some of the dishes were truly delicious, and the restaurant staff were very friendly. The room itself was a bit outdated, but since we planned to spend most of our time outdoors, it was fine. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The pool area, where we spent a lot of our time, was spacious, featuring two pools and plenty of sunbeds. Just a heads-up: if you want the best sunbeds, be prepared to wake up early and place your towels! Kudos to the evening entertainment! The animation team did an excellent job of keeping the crowd engaged and managed to make every night enjoyable. Lastly, we didn’t explore the area much, but there is a bus stop nearby that can take you to Los Cristianos or even the airport. Just be ready for about an hour’s journey each way.

My initial interactions with the hotel were quite disappointing, to the point where we considered canceling our booking. I reached out via Booking.com because, despite the hotel being advertised as open 24/7, we discovered that check-in ends at midnight, and we knew we would be arriving later. Unfortunately, it took several days to receive a response to my message, and we only got a reply after calling them directly which cost us an international call. Additionally, the day before our arrival, we emailed the hotel regarding pool towels. They confirmed that towels were provided but failed to mention that there would be a charge: rental cost of €7 per towel plus a €10 deposit. We ultimately decided to purchase towels from a nearby supermarket for €8 each which allowed us to keep them. A great unnecessary souvenir. This brings me to another point: while the hotel is marketed as all-inclusive, many essentials are not included, such as pool towels, the safe deposit box, Wifi, and the TV remote, all of which require a deposit. As a result, we ended up watching Polish channels for our entire five-day stay. One last point to mention: since this is an all-inclusive hotel, you can imagine that a lot of cups for various drinks are used throughout the day. While there is a significant emphasis on recycling in Tenerife, around the pool—where most of the all-inclusive drinks are served—they use cardboard cups and plates. Unfortunately, there are no recycling bins available. I understand the practicality of using cardboard cups, but from a sustainability perspective, this is not ideal. It could definitely be improved. Overall, I expected better communication and transparency regarding additional costs, which significantly impacted our experience.
